Coloured Parts Adding colour to your applications!

We can offer a range of colours and mixes to help your product stand out from the crowd or blend into the background! The only restriction is the range of colours and mixes available from our suppliers.

To proceed we require RAL codes for example rather than “orange” we need RAL code 2017 which you can get from (www.ralcolorchart.com).

Once we receive your enquiry, we will ask our supplier for availability and price and send you a quotation (valid for 30 days).

Please note that lead times are longer for bespoke products and minimum order quantities might apply.

If you would like to discuss with one of our friendly team members, please phone 01273 493355.

We aim to match any RAL code you provide...!

When ordering a coloured part, we require a RAL code for each of your coloured part requirements. For example rather than asking for “orange” we would need RAL code 2017 to ensure the colour is an exact match.

You can get any RAL colour code directly from www.ralcolorchart.com.

What is a RAL code?

RAL codes distinguish colours and colour ranges by allocating a specific code.  The system was developed by the German State Commission and stands for "Reichs-Ausschuss für Lieferbedingungen Gütesiccherung”.

The full range of RAL codes can be found at www.ralcolorchart.com

How can I find the RAL code?

The full range of RAL codes can be found at www.ralcolorchart.com.

What materials can I choose from?

Our rubber products can be produced in many different types of rubber such as Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM, Natural Rubber and Silicone, to suit various industrial and anti-vibration purposes. Please see our material data sheet page for more information on the types of rubber we offer.

Please note that you might be offered a sample in a different material to that required so that you can test it for size. Your final order will be in your chosen material subject to minimum order quantities.

Do you offer custom tooling?

If our standard ranges do not meet your requirements, or you require a custom moulding, then our in-house tooling department will cater for your needs.  Please see our custom tooling page for the information we require to provide a quote.
