RoHS Statement of Compliance

Grommets Ltd designates its products as RoHS compliant based on information provided by our suppliers.

RoHS compliant means the supplier has confirmed compliance of the products because they do not contain any of the restricted substances, or they are in concentrations below the permitted level under European Directive 2000/95/EC (RoHS) 2011/65/EU (known as RoHS2) and 2015/863 (known as RoHS3).

The directives restrict the use of the hazardous substances listed below in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).

The restricted substances and their limits are:

• Lead (Pb) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.1%)
• Mercury (Hg) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Cadmium (Cd) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Dibutyl phthalate(DBP) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.01%)
• Dilsobutyl phthalate (DIBP) 
  ≤ 1000 ppm (0.1%)

Grommets Ltd has taken all reasonable steps to confirm supplier’s statements regarding the absence of the restricted substances.
